Job Description
Experienced Dairy Farm worker required for 250 cow herd in Co Wexford. The job entails the milking of the cows and the implementation of the health and breeding programmes. The successful candidate will need to have a keen eye for the welfare of the stock and implement proper grassland management procedures as set out by the owner.
Full clean driving licence is required as is the ability to operate farmyard machinery.
Accommodation can be arranged for the successful candidate.
Start Date: Autumn 2017

Our Client based in Saskatchewan, Canada currently has a full time, permanent opportunity for a number of Agricultural Mechanics. This exciting position reports directly to the Service Sales Manager and works alongside experienced and motivated team members.
They offer an exceptional compensation structure with benefits including health, disability and dental coverage, incremental wage increases per company policies, ad-hoc performance bonus', work boot and tool allowance loan, personal days, and an employee stock ownership plan as well as pension options. If you are the right candidate, they may also contribute to relocation expenses. Depending upon years of experience, the pay rate for this position goes from $30 per hour upwards.
Job Duties:
* Diagnosing and inspecting equipment for faults and malfunctions.
* Repairing and adjusting equipment and replacing defective parts.
* Performing updates, pre-season delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections.
* Completing work orders and entering technician notes into computer.
* Ordering parts and providing quotes.
* Traveling to customers and other branches may be required
Skills required
* Three years' experience working on Agricultural and/ or Heavy Equipment.
* Possess problem solving skills.
* Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
* English language fluency is required.
Due to Immigration procedures in Canada, the successful applicant will need to be an Irish passport holder.

The Position: Nursery worker required for busy tree production business in North Cork.
The Role
The work is 90% outdoor. Winter time is spent preparing orders as in lifting bare root and root ball trees and preparing orders for transport. Preparing hedging plants for sale. Summer time is spent pruning and tying trees. Also, spraying and cutting grass in the rows between the trees. T
Training will be ongoing all the time so skills will improve as time passes.
The Successful Applicant
We would expect that they will have some experience in a similar type role. They will have good time management and practical skills.
